You will receive monthly reports as to Strata fees collected and expenses paid and of course an operating budget.. reports as to current budget, year to date reports and a report of the monthly income and expenses occurred. We totally manage the daily upkeep of all common areas.. giving the owners and Strata Council the ability to relax after a hard day’s work.
